Yoga with Charlotte

A very warm welcome to Bear Hug Yoga with Charlotte. We hope every class makes you feel some TLC. Our hatha yoga classes incorporate a variety of dynamic flow and static postures accompanied by breath work, meditation and relaxation to maximise the benefits of strength, flexibility, balance and calm.

Peace of Mind

Charlotte is a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) teacher with a BWYQ Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga. A qualification which is Ofqual-regulated and recognised as the highest level of yoga teacher training currently available in the UK. The BWY (founded in 1965) is the largest yoga membership organisation in the UK, committed to promoting a greater understanding of yoga and its safe practice through experience, education, study and training.

Your Yoga Practice

Charlotte’s teaching is always tailored to the students in the class. After all, this is your yoga practice. Postures are introduced gently, in stages, with options to tone down or to challenge with the recommendations to practice at your own pace and only do what feels comfortable for your body, breath and mind.
